  1.   Smart Data Recovery License agreement

  4.   Please read this software license agreement carefully before using the 
  5. software. Use of Smart Data Recovery indicates you accept the terms of this 
  6. license agreement and warranty.

  8.   All copyrights to Smart Data Recovery are exclusively owned by the company -
  9. Smart PC Solutions, Inc. Smart PC Solutions, Inc hereby grants you a 
  10. non-exclusive, transferable license to use its software product and 
  11. accompanying documentationon the following terms and only for non-commercial  
  12. purposes.

  14.   Smart Data Recovery may be freely distributed, provided the distribution 
  15. package is not modified, without written permission from the copyright holder. 
  16. You may not clone, rent, lease, sell, modify the software. Any such 
  17. unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this 
  18. license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
  19.   This Agreement will remain in effect for 1 year following the download of 
  20. the Software. At the end of this period, delete or destroy your copy of the 
  21. software and obtain a new copy from Smart PC Solutions, Inc.

  23.   SMART DATA RECOVERY IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  24. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE 
  25. FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING 
  26. OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  28.   Installing and using Smart Data Recovery signifies acceptance of these 
  29. terms and conditions of the license.

  31.   If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
  32. Smart Data Recovery files from your storage devices and cease to use 
  33. the software.
